2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil

I'm not sure what went wrong, but my dish turned out really bland. I think I might have used the wrong kind of cheese.

I've made this dish several times now and it's always a crowd-pleaser. The pears add a touch of sweetness that balances out the sharpness of the cheese.
