Steps:
- 1. Brown hamburger, chopped onion, peppers if using. Drain
- 2. Mix in enchilada dry mix, tomato sauce, water stir well and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes. Simmer until veggies are tender ( if you add them to the sauce).
- 3. Pour half of sauce into 9x13 baking dish and sprinkle half of the cheese on top of the sauce.
- 4. Spoon meat sauce on tortilla, roll up and place in pan on top of sauce and cheese. Repeat with all tortilla's until all used.
- 5. Pour remaining sauce and sprinkle cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until bubbly. Serve with garnishes as desired.
