I love this recipe! It's so easy to make and the results are always delicious. I usually serve it with crusty bread or mashed potatoes.

This was my first time making Irish stew and it was a success! The stew was hearty and flavorful, and the meat was fall-apart tender. I will definitely be making this again.

I'm not a huge fan of Guinness, but I still really enjoyed this stew. The flavors are really rich and complex. I would definitely make this again, even if I didn't have any Guinness on hand.
