ELVIS SMOOTHIE (ALMOND AND BANANA)

Elvis Smoothie (Almond and Banana) image

This is what Elvis would drink if he were alive and on a health kick! It's based off his love for the peanut butter and banana, but this has some substitutions and additions. Freeze the bananas the night before so that they take the place of the ice. If you add enough almond butter, this can taste exactly like banana bread. Or if you add chocolate or espresso, it tastes like bananas dipped in chocolate fondue. This can easily be a dessert smoothie!!

I'm not a big fan of chia seeds, but they didn't overpower the other flavors in this smoothie.

This smoothie was a bit too thick for my liking. I would add a little more liquid next time.

I tried this smoothie with almond milk instead of regular milk and it was still very good.

This smoothie was a bit too sweet for my taste, but it was still very good. I think I would use less honey next time.

I followed the recipe exactly and the smoothie turned out great! The texture was thick and creamy, and it was just the right amount of sweetness. I will definitely be making this again.

This smoothie was a delightful blend of flavors! The sweetness of the banana and honey paired perfectly with the nuttiness of the almond butter and the hint of peanut butter. I also loved the addition of chia seeds for an extra boost of nutrition.
