1/2 cup flour
1 -1 1/2 lb chicken tenderloins, about
3 eggs
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon parsley
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 dash pepper
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon butter
3 tablespoons lemon juice

Steps:

  • Place flour in a shallow bowl.
  • Roll chicken in flour to coat.
  • Beat eggs, parmesan, parsley, salt& pepper until foamy.
  • Heat olive oil& butter in skillet over med.
  • high heat.
  • Dip chicken is egg mixture.
  • Place in skillet, cook chicken until browned, about 3 min per side.
  • Squeeze lemon juice on chicken and cook 1 min.
  • longer.

I would not recommend this recipe. There are much better chicken francese recipes out there.
