From the kitchen of field editor Allison Ochoa of Hays, Kansas: This quick breakfast or snack highlights the beautiful partnership of apples and brie cheese, which is one of my favorite combinations! It kicks your tastebuds into gear with a sweet and spicy kick courtesy of the Gustus Vitae spicy chocolate cinnamon cane sugar.

Steps:
- Line half of each tortilla with apple slices, starting at the edge and working toward the middle. Top the apples on each tortilla with a quarter of the brie slices. Sprinkle 1/4 tsp. of the spicy chocolate cinnamon sugar over the apples and cheese on each tortilla and fold the other half of each tortilla over the filling., In a large, pre-heated skillet, melt 1/2 Tbsp. butter. Place two of the filled tortillas, cheese-side down, in the pan and heat for 1 minute or until the tortilla begins to crisp. Flip each tortilla over and heat for 1 minute or until the tortilla begins to crisp on the bottom. Transfer to a plate and immediately sprinkle each quesadilla with 1/8 tsp. of the spicy chocolate cinnamon sugar. Repeat the process with the remaining two filled tortillas, butter and sugar mixture.
