1 cup sugar
1/2 cup oleo
1 cup milk
1 egg
1 teaspoon nutmeg
1 1/2 cups flour
1/8 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
3/4 cup wheat germ
3 tablespoons molasses
1/2 cup dried elderberries

Steps:

  • Cream sugar and oleo, add additional ingredients and mix until blended.
  • Bake at 425 degrees for 20 minutes in a muffin pan.
