Eggnog Pumpkin Milkshake image

Fall in a glass, so delicious! Add a little dark rum or brandy for a truly warming pumpkin eggnog delight.

3 egg yolks
1 c sugar
1 c heavy cream
1 c milk
1 can(s) (15 oz) pumpkin puree
2 Tbsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground nutmeg, plus more for garnish
4 jiggers dark rum or brandy (optional)
4 c vanilla ice cream
whipped cream for garnish, i use reddi whip

Steps:

  • 1. Add all the milk shake ingredients except the ice cream into a blender and blend until smooth. Add the ice cream and blend until smooth and thick. Pour into glasses, garnish with whipped cream, ground nutmeg.
