Steps:
- 1. Prebake pie shell at 400 degrees for 5 minutes; set aside.
- 2. Combine butter, sugar, flour, milk, vanilla and nutmeg.
- 3. Add beaten eggs and mix well.
- 4. Cook on stove constantly until thickened.
- 5. Pour filling into prebaked pie crust. Sprinkle top with a little nutmeg. Bake at 325 degrees for 45-55 minutes. (Don't overcook)
