Steps:
- 1. Preheat the oven to 325° F.
- 2. Add the ingredients to blender and mix, about 10 seconds.
- 3. Pour into ramekins, sprinkle with nutmeg, and put the ramekins in a baking dish.
- 4. Add water to the baking dish until it's halfway up the sides of the ramekins.
- 5. Bake for 45 minutes or until just set. Makes 6 (4 ounce) servings.
