- Preheat oven to 350 Gently remove egg shells & cut in half lengthwise. Place cut side down in baking dish greased with butter. In a saucepan, melt butter. Add flour & cook, stirring 2-3 minutes. Gradually add half-n-half, stirring until mixture thickens. Season with House seasonings Add dry mustard & Gruyere and stir until melted. Pour sauce over eggs Sprinkle with Parmesan Bake for approximately 20-30 minutes until bubbling & top is golden brown.
