This casserole was a great way to use up leftover hard-boiled eggs. It was also a great way to get my kids to eat their eggs.

I'm not a big fan of broccoli, but I actually liked this casserole. The eggs and cheese helped to offset the bitterness of the broccoli.

This casserole was a great make-ahead meal. I made it on Sunday and then reheated it for dinner on Monday. It was just as good the second time around.

The casserole was easy to make, but it was a little too runny for my liking. I think I would cook it for a few minutes longer next time.

This casserole was a little bland for my taste. I would add some more seasonings next time.
