Steps:
- 1. Heat oven to 350. Spray a 9" x 13" baking pan w/ cooking spray. In lg bowl, whisk together eggs, oil, parmesan cheese, parsley, salt, oregano, basil and garlic powder.
- 2. Whisk in onion then baking mix. Stir in zucchini. Spoon into pan. Bake until golden, about 25-30 mins.
