Steps:
- 1. Disolve yeast and sugar in water until it foams on top (about 5-10 minutes)
- 2. Mix together flour & salt. Add water-yeast mixture. Mix in oil & stir until well blended. Cover with towel & let rise in a warm dry place, (about 45 minutes- 1 hour)
- 3. Place on a floured surface & knead for a few minutes. Roll out & either cut out with a small biscuit cutter or cut into pieces & place them 3 to a cup in a muffin pan. Cover & let rise for another 45 minutes.
- 4. Bake @ 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until tops are golden. Brush tops with melted butter.
