A simple recipe I learned from a friend in California several years ago. Serve with rice or fried rice.

Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- 2. Mix soy, chili sauce, and honey. Place pork chops in a greased casserole. Pour sauce over all. Cover and bake for 45 minutes. Remove cover and continue baking for 15 minutes more. Serve over rice or fried rice.
- 3. OPTIONAL: When you uncover dish you may add 1/2 cup sliced green bell pepper and 1/2 cup drained canned pineapple chunks. Continue baking as above.
