Easy Slow Cooker Pulled Pork image

This is not your bbq slow pulled pork. It really shows off the pork! Just a touch of adobo sauce gives the pork a nice smokiness. Pair with fresh condiments and corn tortillas! Super easy to make and oh so tasty. Serve with corn tortillas and your favorite condiments (i.e. lime, avocado, fresh cilantro, corn salsa, and queso fresco).

This was my first time making pulled pork, and I'm so glad I tried this recipe. The pork was fall-off-the-bone tender, and the BBQ sauce was delicious. I served it on toasted buns with coleslaw and onions, and it was a hit with my family.

I've made this recipe several times, and it's always a crowd-pleaser. The pork is always tender and juicy, and the BBQ sauce is the perfect balance of sweet and tangy. I like to serve it on slider buns with coleslaw and pickles.
