Easy Scalloped Potatoes And Ham image

Haven't made this in years, decided to make it last night for company along with some Brussels Spouts turned out good.

Number Of Ingredients 9

5 medium russet potatoes( sleced thin)
1 small onion (diced)
3 clove garlic (diced)
3 Tbsp flour (heaping)
1 c cheddar cheese, shredded
salt and pepper (to taste)
1 1/2-2 c milk
1/3 c butter
1 small slice ham( cubed)

Steps:

  • 1. In a large bowl mix the potatoes, onion, garlic, ham, flour, salt and pepper and cheese.
  • 2. Pour into a greased baking dish, pour milk over , place butter pats on top, place a lid on and bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour remove lid and bake another 45 minutes to a hour or till potatoes are done.
