When I lived in North Carolina everyone made these with sliced ham and small party rolls. I used pepperoni,ham and chicken with a cheese roll.You may use whatever meat filling you enjoy.

Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- 2. In a food processor, mix together butter, poppy seeds, onion, Worcestershire sauce and Dijon mustard
- 3. Slice rolls in half horizontally and set aside tops. Spread bottoms with the butter mixture. Top with meat mixtue and Swiss cheese. Replace tops.
- 4. Arrange rolls in a single layer in a medium baking pan.Bake in the preheated oven 10-12 minutes until rolls are lightly browned and cheese is melted.
