EASY RUM SAUCE image

Number Of Ingredients 5

1 c. packed brown sugar
2 tbsp. corn syrup
1/4 c. heavy cream
1/3 c. melted butter
2 tbsp. rum

Steps:

  • Stir brown sugar, corn syrup and cream into butter. Bring just to boil, let cool and stir in rum and raisins. Serve over bread pudding, ice cream or pound cake.
