I've tried this recipe a few times and I'm always happy with the results. The appetizers are always delicious and they're a great way to use up leftover cream cheese.

I'm not a big fan of raspberries, but I really enjoyed these appetizers. The cheesecake filling is creamy and smooth, and the raspberry flavor is subtle but not overpowering.

I've made this recipe several times and it's always a crowd-pleaser. The only thing I would change is to use a different type of cracker. The recipe calls for Ritz crackers, but I think a buttery cracker would be better.
