EASY PORKROAST & SAUERKRAUT COOKED IN A CROCKPOT
This meal is soooooo easy and very yummy. The Sauerkraut is so yummy. It cooks out all the sour flavors. The juice from the kraut gives the pork such flavor.. NO NOT sour either..lol.. Put it on in the morning and leave it alone .You have a major great meal. In another crocpot cook potatoes. soo good.. I will postcrockpor...

Steps:
- 1. Put crockpot on low... season your pork roast and put all sauerkraut on top and around roast.. even put some under roast.Juice and all.
- 2. put on around ten ,a.m... cook untill five or six for dinner..the meat will melt in your mouth. Take roast put on cutting board.. let it rest for five minutes.scoop all your saurkraut with a spoon whith holes.. You do not want the juice... Ohhh i can taste it now...lol
