Easy Peasy Smoked Salmon Alfredo Pasta image

Used a bunch of leftovers and now we eat it every two weeks. Tastes just like an expensive restaurant!

Number Of Ingredients 5

1 head broccoli, crown cut into bite sized pieces
1 (435 ml) jar alfredo sauce (any type)
1/4 kg smoked salmon (previously frozen from the deli section of your grocery store is fine)
pasta, penne is the best (any type)
salt & pepper

Steps:

  • Cut up the broccoli into bite sized pieces and crumble the smoked salmon.
  • Over medium heat, heat the alfredo sauce.
  • Add the broccoli and smoked salmon.
  • Add salt and pepper to taste.
  • Warm until heated through.
  • Enjoy as a sauce to the pasta.
