Easy Peasy Pea Salad image

This is absolutely the easiest recipe and everyone wants the recipe when I bring it. Easy to double or triple.

Number Of Ingredients 4

1 cup mayonnaise, or more to taste
2 teaspoons curry powder, or more to taste
4 ounces smoked almonds, or more to taste
1 (16 ounce) package frozen peas

Steps:

  • Mix mayonnaise and curry powder together until the color of the mixture is somewhat even. Stir almonds into the mixture. Add frozen peas and mix.
  • Cover bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate until the peas defrost entirely, 5 to 6 hours.
