Easy Oven-Fried Chicken Breasts image

I'm too lazy to fry chicken the traditional way. I've experimented with chili powder, Greek seasoning etc. in place of the paprika or poultry seasoning. Try what you like.

The chicken was a bit dry. I think I overcooked it.

I found this recipe to be a bit bland. I had to add a lot of extra spices to the breading.

I'm not sure why this recipe is called 'oven-fried' chicken. It doesn't taste anything like fried chicken.

I've made this recipe with both boneless, skinless chicken breasts and boneless, skinless chicken thighs. Both turned out great.

I was a bit skeptical about how well oven-fried chicken would turn out, but I was pleasantly surprised. The chicken was just as crispy and flavorful as if it had been fried in a skillet.

These chicken breasts were a hit with my family! They were crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. I loved that I could make them in the oven instead of frying them. It was a much healthier option.
