- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line a 9x13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- Mash bananas in a large bowl with a fork. Stir in oats, raisins, almonds, coconut, sunflower seeds, and cinnamon. Press mixture into the prepared baking pan.
- Bake in the preheated oven until set, about 40 minutes. Let cool, about 15 minutes. Cut into bars.
