Easy Oatmeal and Almond Bars image

Great choice for a kid's healthy snack.

5 ripe bananas, or more to taste
4 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
2 cups raisins
2 cups chopped raw almonds
2 cups unsweetened shredded coconut
2 cups unsalted sunflower seeds
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line a 9x13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  • Mash bananas in a large bowl with a fork. Stir in oats, raisins, almonds, coconut, sunflower seeds, and cinnamon. Press mixture into the prepared baking pan.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until set, about 40 minutes. Let cool, about 15 minutes. Cut into bars.
