Easy Oat Slice image

This is from an old issue of Australian Good Taste, only minimal ingredients which is why it caught my eye. I haven't tried it so let me know what you think!

Number Of Ingredients 4

200 g marmalade
100 g butter
300 g rolled oats
100 g chopped nuts

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 180.C.
  • Melt butter & marmalade together in a microwave safe bowl for approx 2 mins on high.
  • Stir in oats & nuts and press into a 20cm square lined & greased cake pan.
  • Bake for 35-40 mins or until golden.
