I was on a search for a "velveeta" type cheese to use in a few recipes that called for the same. In one of my groups we started talking about it and someone had just heard of a home made easily melt-able cheese. I was all over it right away because I dont care for the ingredients or the tast in the name brand kind, but had had...

Steps:
- 1. Heat 1 cup of water in the microwave until boiling.
- 2. Pour water into blender container and add milk powder and gelatin. Blend for 10 seconds.
- 3. Grate cheese if you didnt purchase it that way, and add all at once to blender container. Blend until smooth.
- 4. Scrape immediately into a plastic wrap lined pan and smooth out. Fold plastic over and refrigerate.
