EASY HOT DOG 'N CHEESE PIE
Kids will LOVE LOVE THIS ONE, that i found in my recipes. I made this for my son when he was young and he loves it and i hope to make it for my 4 grandkids they as well love hot dogs and cheese. Enjoy!!

Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 400*. Spray 9inch glass pie plate with spray. Layer hot dogs pieces and onion in pie plate. Stir in biscuit mix, milk and eggs in a medium bowl with wire whisk or fork until blended. Pour into pie plate. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 25-30 mins. or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Let stand for 5 mins before serving. Serve with ketchup and mustard.
