EASY HOT CHOCOLATE
I keep chocolate bars in the spice cabinet for this. Everyone can have their own flavor. On weekends, I'll fill a small crockpot with milk on low, so it's always ready to go. I like Lindt chocolate bars for this - the Cherry Chili, Pepper, and Pomegranate all make for a very special cuppa.)

Steps:
- 1. Finely chop chocolate and place in mug.
- 2. Heat half n half in small saucepan over medium high heat til steaming (don't boil it).
- 3. Pour into mugs over chocolate, stir well.
