Easy Glazed Ham Steak image

On the busiest of nights, try this five-ingredient, 15-minute entrée!

2 tablespoons frozen orange juice concentrate
2 tablespoons packed brown sugar
1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
1 slice (3/4 lb) smoked cooked ham (3/4 inch thick)

Steps:

  • In small bowl, mix orange juice concentrate, brown sugar, cinnamon and cloves.
  • Heat 10-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add ham; cook uncovered 4 minutes. Turn ham; brush with orange juice mixture. Cook uncovered 4 to 6 minutes longer or until thoroughly heated. Cut ham into pieces to serve.
