EASY EASY BAKED TOMATOES
Last year I planted my very first tomatoe plant. I have gotta lots of yummy fresh tomatoes. I know have fresh matoes everyday. I made this a few times just to eat or to add into other main dishes.

Steps:
- 1. Heat grill tomedium heat.
- 2. Place the tomatoes cut side up on a cookie sheet. Drizzle with the dressing & sprinkle with the cheese.
- 3. Then grillfor about 15 mins or until tomatoes are soft & cheese is lightly browned.
- 4. Special Tip: Sprinkle with 1 Tbsp. of chopped fresh basil or parsley before grilling.
