Easy Chocolate Dip image

This goes with a recipe for tropical fruit kebabs, but I find it works great with anything needing a chocolate dip. You can use it as fondue, too.

Number Of Ingredients 5

4 dark chocolate squares, broken in pieces
2 tablespoons light corn syrup
1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa
1 tablespoon cornstarch
3/4 cup milk

Steps:

  • Put all ingredient in heavy-bottom pan. Heave over the grill or on stove on low heat, stirring constantly.
  • When thick and smooth, keep warm, but remove from direct heat.
