Easy Cherry Cobbler image

Very easy and yummy cherry cobbler. I like to serve warm, with a scoop of vanilla ice cream!

Number Of Ingredients 6

2 can(s) cherry pie filling
1 c bisquick baking mix
1/4 c sugar
1/2 c milk
1 Tbsp vegetable oil
1 tsp vanilla flavoring

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spread pie filling into 8" or 10" square baking pan.
  • 2. In bowl, mix Bisquick and sugar. Measure milk into measuring cup, and add oil and vanilla. Stir until mixed then pour into dry ingredients. Mix well, and drop by spoonsful over top of pie filling.
  • 3. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until golden brown and bubbly.
