Easy Cheesy Breakfast Casserole image

I tried this at a ladies brunch and had to have the recipe. I have made many times - my family loves it!

Number Of Ingredients 5

4 c shredded cheddar or mexican blend cheese
4 eggs
1 c milk
1 c baking mix (bisquick, pioneer, or other brand)
1 - 4 oz can(s) green chilis drained

Steps:

  • 1. Beat eggs.
  • 2. Mix cheese, milk, baking mix, chilis into beaten eggs.
  • 3. Spray 9x13 baking dish or pan with butter spray. Pour in mixture and bake in pre-heated 350 degree oven for 20-30 minutes or until lightly golden on top and toothpick inserted comes clean. Cut into squares to serve.
