Easy Cheddar Macaroni and Ham Casserole image

This easy to make, delicious casserole is true comfort food.

Number Of Ingredients 8

1 pkg (14 ounces) mac n' cheese deluxe (kraft)
1 c ham, chopped
1 c frozen peas, thawed, drained
1/2 c milk
1/2 tsp mrs. dash's seasoning (optional)
1 c shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 c crushed ritz crackers
1 Tbsp melted butter

Steps:

  • 1. Cook macaroni in large saucepan for 8-10 minutes. Drain and return to pan.
  • 2. Squeeze cheese sauce over hot macaroni. Stir until blended. Stir in ham, peas and milk.
  • 3. Spoon into a 2 quart baking dish and top with Cheddar cheese. Mix crushed Ritz crackers with melted butter; sprinkle over casserole before baking.
  • 4. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes.
