Easy Carnitas image

I made up this recipe for Pork Carnitas using leftover shredded pork. It was fast to make and tasted great - as good as any burrito restaurant.

I'm not a big fan of pork, but these carnitas were delicious. The meat was so tender and flavorful, and the crispy edges were the perfect touch.

These carnitas were amazing! I used a pork shoulder and cooked it in the slow cooker for 10 hours. The meat was fall-apart tender and the flavor was incredible.
