1 3/4 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon sugar
3 eggs
2 tablespoons oil
1 1/2 cups milk

Steps:

  • Sift flour, baking powder, salt and sugar.
  • Mix the eggs, oil and milk.
  • Combine dry and wet ingredients.
  • Pour onto hot skillet, and cook for 3-4 minutes.
