Easy Balsamic Vinaigrette image

Use this classic balsamic vinaigrette to add zest to salads.

1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
1 garlic clove
Coarse salt and ground pepper

Steps:

  • Whisk together vinegar, mustard, olive oil, and garlic. Season with salt and pepper.
