I'm not sure what I did wrong, but my almond crust didn't turn out crispy. It was more like a soft breading.

I'm allergic to almonds, so I substituted panko breadcrumbs in the crust. It turned out great!

This recipe is a great way to use up leftover almonds. I had some almond flour in my pantry that I needed to use up, and this recipe was the perfect way to do it.

I followed the recipe exactly and the turbot came out overcooked and dry. I think next time I'll reduce the cooking time by a few minutes.

This almond turbot recipe is a keeper! The fish was cooked to perfection, flaky and moist, and the almond crust was crispy and flavorful. I served it with roasted vegetables and a lemon wedge, and it was a hit with my family.
