Easter Nests / Haystacks image

I'm always trying to make recipes just a little healthier for my family. These Haystacks are made with Fiber One Bran Cereal instead of chow mien noodles. These are super easy, so cute, and if you don't tell your friends and family they won't even know you gave them their daily dose of fiber in this yummy treat ;o)

3 -4 cups of fiber one all-bran cereal
1/4 teaspoon canola oil
1 bag of mini robin eggs, jelly beans or 1 bag even peanuts

Steps:

  • Cover a cookie sheet with waxed paper. Melt butterscotch or chocolate chips and oil in a double boiler, saucepan or in the microwave. Stir until smooth. Remove from heat.
