My mom gave me this recipe. The cookies turn out soft and delicious every time! The basic recipe makes about 1 dozen, depending on size, but it is easily doubled, tripled or more if you need!

Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- 2. Mix all ingredients until well blended.
- 3. Roll dough into balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet(I usually do heaping spoonfuls, but you can make them as big or small as you like).
- 4. Optional - press center of each cookie with fork to make the traditional peanut butter cookie look.
- 5. Bake for about 8-10 minutes. Enjoy!
