This is easy to make and it has lots of crust! I saw this on Paula Deens cooking show but I changed some of the ingredients and amounts to suit my taste.

1/3 c sugar
1/2 c bisquick baking mix
ground cinnamon
2 can(s) sliced peaches, lg
1 pt fresh blueberries, rasberries, or blackberries

2 1/4 c bisquick baking mix

This cobbler is so easy to make, and it's always a hit. I love that I can use whatever fruit I have on hand. This time, I used a mix of apples, peaches, and blueberries, and it was perfect. The crust is flaky and buttery, and the filling is perfectly
