Steps:
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then dredge breasts through flour, egg, then Panko breadcrumbs to create
- Wrap and rest in the fridge for 15 minutes.
- Add an inch of oil or more and heat oil to approx 350°F. Cook each side of the chicken until the internal temperature reaches 170°F for proper doneness.
- Take thinly sliced onions and dust them with seasoned flour. Add to hot oil and fry well, then top chicken with the onions.
- Serve with a salad, gravy, and/or vegetables.
