This is a recipe I found that is supposed to be close to the side from Famous Dave's BBQ -- I just ADORED these apples with ribs...and I know they work well with ham dishes for holidays!! *recipe untried by me yet, hope it is close to them!! Yield is a guess.

Steps:
- Mix apples with sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- Mix in rum.
- Heat over medium heat until apple mixture is juicy and the juice boils.
- Boil for 20 minutes over medium heat.
