Drop Rolls image

I got this recipe from a good friend. She calls them Drop Rolls but they taste more like Biscuits to me. ***if you don't have self-rising flour use the following: For every cup of all purpose flour add 1-1/2 teaspoons baking powder and 1/2 teaspoon salt

2 c self-rising flour
1 c milk
2 Tbsp mayo
2 Tbsp sugar

Steps:

  • 1. Makes 12 rolls/biscuits Mix all ingredients, spoon into greased muffin pans. Bake in preheated 425 degree oven for 10 minutes.
