This mousse is a bit too rich for my taste. I think I would use less cream next time I make it. Other than that, I thought the mousse was very good. The flavor was great, and it was very light and fluffy.

This mousse is very easy to make, and it's a great way to use up leftover dried apricots. I thought the flavor was a bit bland, so I added some lemon zest and a pinch of salt. That really helped to brighten up the flavor.

I had some trouble getting the mousse to set properly. I think I might have overbeaten the egg whites. Other than that, I thought the mousse was very good. The flavor was great, and it was very light and fluffy.

This mousse is a bit too sweet for my taste. I think I would reduce the amount of sugar next time I make it. Other than that, I thought the mousse was very good. The texture was perfect, and the apricot flavor was very nice.
