Dried Apricot Chutney image

Similar to using fresh fruit, but this time with dried. I have substituted other dried fruits such as peach, pear and apple with success.

I didn't have any dried apricots, so I used dried cherries instead. The chutney still turned out great!

I followed the recipe exactly and the chutney turned out too runny. I had to add more cornstarch to thicken it up.

This chutney is a delightful blend of sweet and savory. The dried apricots give it a chewy texture and a hint of tartness, while the spices add depth and warmth. I served it with grilled chicken and it was a perfect complement.
