Make the orange cream up to a day ahead. Just before serving, top with crushed granola bars and mandarin orange segments. Not only is this an elegant dessert, it's also so simple you can serve it as an afternoon snack or for a brunch.

- 1. In medium bowl, beat pudding mix and orange juice with wire whisk 2 minutes. Refrigerate 5 minutes. Fold in whipped topping.
