Drambuie Cream With Fresh Raspberries image

I think this is a Julia Aitken recipe. So easy to make and perfect for a summer dessert. If you do not have fresh raspberries you can substitute fresh sliced strawberries or blueberries. Also, the amount of sweet can be adjusted to taste. Enjoy........

I followed the recipe exactly, but my cream didn't turn out as thick as I would have liked. I'm not sure what I did wrong.

This was a bit too sweet for my taste, but I think that's just a personal preference. Other than that, it was a very good recipe. The Drambuie and raspberries were a great combination.

I'm not a huge fan of Drambuie, but I decided to give this recipe a try anyway. I'm so glad I did! The Drambuie flavor is very mild, and the raspberries really shine through. This is a great dessert for any occasion.

This recipe is a keeper! I made it for a party last weekend, and everyone raved about it. The Drambuie flavor is subtle but noticeable, and the raspberries add a beautiful pop of color.

This was my first time making Drambuie cream, and it turned out amazing! I was worried it would be too sweet, but it was perfectly balanced. The raspberries added a nice tartness that cut through the richness of the cream.
