Dragon Fruit Mojito image

This mojito kicks the traditional lime to the curb and replaces it with dragon fruit. To get a unique 'serving container' save the fruit outer peel and once the flesh is removed, use the empty halves as a beverage glass.

I followed the recipe exactly and my mojitos turned out bland. I think I might have used old mint leaves.

These mojitos are a bit too sweet for my taste. I would recommend using less simple syrup.

This dragon fruit mojito is a refreshing and unique twist on the classic mojito. The dragon fruit adds a beautiful pink color and a slightly sweet flavor that pairs perfectly with the lime and mint.
